We are here to assist the board accomplish everything that's needed to keep the association functioning properly. We base our business on three core beliefs.
By our customers
Our focus is on establishing procedures that allow us to proactively resolve the association’s concerns before they become critical issues. We will communicate effectively with the board and with the unit owners. We will be active stewards of the owners protecting their investment and ensuring that their funds and property is safeguarded.
By our employees
We will maintain a good working environment where we can all enjoy working here. We believe in creating opportunities for personal development. The policies we create aim to ensure that we treat everybody fairly and correctly.
By our vendors
We will establish professional long-term relations with our vendors. We will ensure that all relationships are based on the quality standards, price and working conditions. Any and all monetary and non-monetary concessions will be transferred to the association (unless previously negotiated with the association)
We believe in the importance of having motivated, capable and involved individuals in our team. We will focus our attention on maintaining and developing our talent but will look for outside talent if needed.
We believe that our vendors are also part of our team, and we need to ensure that they are equally motivated and capable. If they are not, we will quickly look elsewhere.
While Board members are our key contact for our customers, they also are part of our team. We will train and educate them on their roles and functions and on the procedures and limitations that the law provides.
Technology can be used to manage the associations in a more inclusive fashion without increasing the budget. It can help us manage the daily operations in a more streamlined fashion and make us more efficient. We embrace technological change.
