When leasing or purchasing a property within a homeowners association (HOA) or condominium in South Florida, registration is required by law and a board approval is often required by the associations. IPMS simplifies this process by guiding applicants to ensure compliance with regulations.

Payments can be made through money order or online via a direct payment link that will be provided upon receipt of an application.
Please note in some associations we partner with a third-party company known as Tenant Evaluation in which applications and payments are submitted through their website as instructed on the first page of the application.
We strive to meet our standard turnaround time of 10 business days upon receiving a complete application with payments. Please note that we do not offer expedited processing options. Once all paperwork is complete, we forward the package to the board members, who will make the final decision. We have no involvement in the approval or disapproval of applications.
